Note on depositing:

Many US banks don't allow deposits via their debit/credit cards. You can still deposit to most online sites by Echeck, which is credited to your account immediately. But, a more anonymous and easily accessible way is to pick up gift cards at your local gas station or grocery store. These visa or mastercard gift cards are accepted at nearly every poker site. Some payment processors charge a small fee, so you may only be able to deposit $98 or $99 on a $100 gift card. Start out trying $100, but if it gives you an error, drop it down $1 at a time. Most sites are doing a great thing with cashouts to, I think this started with pokerstars. You can request a Cash Pickup, where the site will send you a moneygram or western union. You simply go pick up cold hard cash at your nearest moneygram/western union location.

Updated the articles section. It will continue to be updated every day for the next couple of weeks while I fine-tune the strategy and get comments from people using it. I'll also be adding some more .pdf files of collections of 2+2 posts and I'll be writing a few articles on more specific play. Forums will be coming soon too.
